Bought a house in March 2021, during Corona time. So we did a virtual viewing and were very happy with it. A small, cozy and cozy upstairs house with roof terrace. Not knowing that we would only take the first steps over the threshold a year and a half later. To make a very long story short, we were dealing with an inheritance issue. (Most important tip, make sure you have a will!) Because of this issue we waited 6 months for nothing, but were told twice that we would make a transfer, which subsequently did not go through. This takes half a year, we can say that waiting was absolute hell! Always hoping for the redeeming email that we could finally travel to Spain for the transfer. After our persistent lawyer worked hard, the time had finally come, we signed on October 26, 2022! What a relief for everyone who worked on this. The house felt fantastic, the living environment great. The wait was terrible, but in retrospect we can say that it was worth it. Mistakes have been made, but despite that there is a fantastic seasoned team behind the name CasaLasDunas. We would buy a house there again in a heartbeat! We would like to thank you very much for everything you have done for us, without excluding anyone.
