This beautiful modern apartment is located on the 6th floor, 100 meters from the wide sandy beach of Playa La Mata. From the south-facing balcony you have a magnificent view, where the sun shines all day long, even in the winter months. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony and the beautiful natural lakes of La Mata.
Aquanatura 3b-6A is equipped with all the necessary comfort you want to experience during a holiday. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with good quality mattresses and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower. The fully equipped open kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, hob and dishwasher. The sunny living room has comfortable furniture, WiFi, TV Vlaanderen+ Ned. 1, 2 and 3. The house is of course equipped with an air conditioning system hot / cold. The balcony is also protected with a beautiful glass curtain that can be opened completely with recently installed awnings that protect you from the bright summer sun from both the side and the front.
There is a large communal swimming pool with separate children's pool and sunbathing area. It's a blessing to be able to use this in the warm months of May to October. Just a stone's throw away is a nice playground for the little ones, a sports field and jeu de boules courts. You can park your car safely in the underground garage, in your own private space.
Mentioned rental rates include energy costs. Except for the winter rate. The winter rate includes energy costs unless more than 65KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. The additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per KW.h.

Flexible booking:

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
