You will immediately relax in the attractively furnished living room. The TV has Dutch channels, and there is of course unlimited WiFi. There is air conditioning throughout the house and underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor. The inviting private swimming pool is equipped with a jet stream.
There are 4 bedrooms in this house with enough beds to accommodate 9 people. There are 9 fixed beds: 2 queen size beds, 1x2 beds and 1x3 beds. The villa is within 5 minutes walking distance of several nice restaurants and bars, and within 10 minutes you will be either in lively Torrevieja or high-end beach-life in La Mata
The spacious terrace has a spacious lounge set and 6 sun beds. From the roof terrace you have a view of the sea. There are also 2 sunbeds here. On this roof terrace you can sunbathe privately and freely. This is not all, there are 2 bicycles available with which you can explore the area.
The villa is located a 12-minute walk from the extensive sandy beach!
As the crow flies, it is 500 meters from the sea, where you can enjoy beautiful snorkeling near the rocky coast.

Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
