Pinet Beach 86 is a wonderfully modern, fully furnished apartment less than a 10-minute walk from the beach! The location is unique because it is located between 2 protected nature reserves. One area is an extensive dune area with pine trees in Guardamar and the other area is that of the salinas (salt lakes) in Santa Pola. El Pinet is known for its fantastic beach of fine white sand. This beach is located at a walking distance of almost 2 km. In El Pinet you will find the balance between nature and relaxation.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dryer in the patio, which is of course ideal if it rains. There is an underground garage and a large shared swimming pool that you can of course use. This apartment is also the only one in the complex to have an extra large terrace of no less than 70 m2 facing south. The apartment is located south of Alicante just 20 minutes from Alicante - El Altet International Airport, where there are daily cheap flights.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the home to watch TV during your stay.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
