The house is located on the first line of the boulevard, with a full frontal sea view. This house was recently built and everything is brand new and equipped with all modern gadgets.
In addition to the spacious living area, there are 5 (!) bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You can park your car out of the sun in our own large parking garage. There is a lot of outdoor space, so you can always find a spot in the sun or shade. There is a private swimming pool in front of the door, from where you look out over the boulevard, the beach and the sea. In addition, there is a gigantic roof terrace with panoramic views. Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

If you are in possession of a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Arrival: every day from 4 p.m
Departure: every day before 10 am
We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
