This modern and fully furnished apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach! The location is unique between 2 protected nature reserves. On one side is the vast dune area with pine trees of Guardamar and on the other side the salinas (salt lakes) of Santa Pola begin. El Pinet is known for its fantastic beach of fine white sand, which is located almost 2 km walking distance from the house. In el Pinet you will find the balance between nature and relaxation.
Pinet Beach 41 has 1 bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and 1 bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with shower, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and private solarium. The entire apartment is equipped with an air conditioning / heating system. It is located south of Alicante just 20 minutes from Alicante International Airport – El Altet which has daily low cost flights.
If you are in possession of a google chromecast, you can also use it in the house to watch TV during your stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.
You are not obliged to book per week, this may also be 5, 9 or another number of days.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
