This comfortable house is located in the Lo Crispin urbanization, not far from the Spanish town of Algorfa.
Here you can enjoy traditional Spanish cuisine.
The house is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with Dutch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is a private swimming pool in the well-maintained garden, but you can also use the communal swimming pool. During your stay, be sure to visit the inviting golden beaches of Guardamar del Segura. The beaches are considered the most beautiful on the Costa Blanca and are wide and only 7 km away from the house. With 2 golf clubs nearby, this is also a wonderful home for golf enthusiasts.
If you have a Google Chromecast, you can also use it in the home to watch TV during your stay.

Winter price is based on 2 persons, with a stay from 2 months.
Only in the months: November, December, January, February and March.
Flexible booking:
Reservations can be made on any day of the week, so you can easily book the cheapest flights.

We try to take flight times into account when checking in and out, but cannot guarantee it. If you want to be sure that you can enter the house earlier or stay until the evening, we advise you to book an extra night.
If you want to check in between 20:00 and 22:00, we charge an evening surcharge of € 30.
If you want to check in or out between 22:00 in the evening and 07:00 in the morning, we charge a night surcharge of € 50.
Of course we can arrange airport service or a rental car for you.
