Casa Pilar, located on the prestigious Lo Romero golf resort, offers breathtaking views of both the golf course and the pool. The property is equipped with four televisions, including one in each bedroom, and has a spacious solarium/roof terrace. Here you will find a shower, a lounge set under a pergola with a sun-protective cloth, four sunbeds, a dartboard and a punching bag. There are roller shutters throughout the property, and there is also Zone air conditioning so that each room can be controlled separately.
This duplex apartment offers an unparalleled level of privacy, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy a wonderful holiday. The serene environment is ideal for you to unwind. Both bathrooms are equipped with modern Japanese toilets, which are known for their advanced technology and comfort. In addition, the water in the kitchen is of excellent quality and safe to drink directly, adding to the convenience and carefree experience of your stay. The apartment has been carefully designed to provide a soothing and luxurious atmosphere, making you feel completely at home.
On the balcony there are eight chairs and a dining table, while at the entrance two chairs with a table are perfect for a sunny breakfast. Within a radius of about 25 km there are several golf courses such as Las Colinas, Villa Martin, Vista Bella, La Finca, Campoamor and Las Ramblas. The house offers sleeping accommodation for eight people thanks to an additional sofa bed.
The best beaches in the area are Las Higuericas, Mil Palmeras, El Conde and Playa Jesuitas. Pilar de la Horadada offers a wide range of activities including dream beaches, Roman ruins, the "El Río Seco" walking route, coastal walks, Spanish ice cream parlors, authentic paella, and a new golf course (Lo Romero). The cycle path through the entire area offers a safe route away from the busy traffic, and the yacht club offers beautiful views of the Mediterranean.
In the area you will find numerous Spanish boutiques, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Nearby commercial centres such as Zenia Boulevard and Dos Mares offer extensive shopping facilities. Casa Pilar is well connected to the airports of Alicante (62 km) and Murcia (45 km) via the AP7 motorway, making it an ideal holiday destination.
